Job Title: Technology Services Support.
Location: Hyderabad, India.
- Bachelor of Science in Computers or Business related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Endpoint Support\Engineering experience in a mid-large size “New Economy” company. Bonus if you were there when the company went IPO.
- Experience supporting a 24×7 user population in a global company while reporting to a remote manager
- Expert endpoint knowledge of Android, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows 10 systems in a Microsoft AD environment
- Experience administering Google Apps for Business, Airwatch, Active Directory, MIM, Pullo, etc.
- Demonstrate a broad and technical understanding of industry standard SAAS applications and resources (Gsuite, AWS, Python, VB Script, Powershell, etc.)
- Proven track record of successful global team collaborations as a remote resource
- Extensive, continuous experience with industry-standard ticket handling protocols
- Communication and Customer Service skills must be impeccable
- Working knowledge of Audio Visual, VoIP and Videoconferencing systems
- Network support from an endpoint perspective
