Job Description :
- Candidate should have basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN.
- Able to handle basic Internet issues.
- Troubleshooting of technical related issues.
- Able to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Transport facility available (Pick & Drop).
- 5 days work per week.
- Experience in BPO mandatory.
- Experience apart from BPO will not be considered.
- Candidate should have 1-year experience in Customer Service BPO or 6 months in Technical Support.
- Candidate should carry original photo ID proof (Aadhar Card), Resume and photocopy of educational & experienced related documents.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Work Experience: 1– 6 Year.
